Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours & Community Impact

Co-op in Egremont is hiring a Customer Team Leader to run daily store operations, lead a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. You'll work on the shop floor and tills, support merchandising and stock control, and help grow community engagement and Co-op membership.

You'll need a passion for people, a flexible approach, and retail/merchandising know-how. This role offers part-time hours (30 per week), regular overtime, and a permanent contract with benefits.
