Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours + 30% Discount

Co-op store in York is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team during 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts, with weekends. The role is part-time (30 hours) with regular overtime and a permanent contract.

You'll be responsible for daily operations, stocking shelves, delivering great customer service, and supporting post office or bakery services where applicable. You'll help drive membership, merchandising, and community engagement.
