Store Manager

We are recruiting a Shop Manager to oversee the day to day operations of our Pudsey store. In this role you will lead, train and develop a team of staff and volunteers, maximising sales and profit while maintaining an excellent experience for customers and donors.
You will be required to handle and lift bags of stock up to 10 kg and work 35 hours per week across a 7 day schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis.

Qualifications & Skills- Experience in a performance-driven, customer centric retail environment
- Experience managing people
- Ability to lift and carry stock up to 10 kg
- Ability to build, retain and develop a team

- Ability to manage time under conflicting priorities

- Proficiency in IT, literacy and numeracy skills
