Key ResponsibilitiesBe a role model - motivate and engage your team to bring brand values to life daily, fostering an inclusive and positive workplace.
Deliver outstanding customer service, exemplifying role model behaviour for all team members.
Assist in driving sales, commercial performance and maintenance of standards, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Communicate efficiently on the floor and behind the scenes, building relationships with customers, team members and community partners.
Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative and engaging marketing ideas.
Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising, contributing to and driving store KPIs.
Educate your team as a product expert and trainer, advising customers and upholding product knowledge.
Promote a supportive, productive and inclusive environment that values teamwork and accountability.
Support all aspects of store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well presented store.
Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
Maintain compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Previous experience in a fast paced, customer facing environment.
Experience in a customer facing role; leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Flexible schedule and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
