Key Responsibilities

• Be a role model - motivate and engage your team to bring brand values to life daily, fostering an inclusive and positive workplace.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, exemplifying role model behaviour for all team members.

• Assist in driving sales, commercial performance and maintenance of standards, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

• Communicate efficiently on the floor and behind the scenes, building relationships with customers, team members and community partners.

• Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative and engaging marketing ideas.

• Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising, contributing to and driving store KPIs.

• Educate your team as a product expert and trainer, advising customers and upholding product knowledge.

• Promote a supportive, productive and inclusive environment that values teamwork and accountability.

• Support all aspects of store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well presented store.

• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Previous experience in a fast paced, customer facing environment.

• Experience in a customer facing role; leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not essential.

• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

• Flexible schedule and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Passion for our brands and lifestyle.

• Self starter and ambitious, motivated to exceed store targets.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
