Job Overview

Join our team and be the driving force behind the success of our Stability team. As a Quality Manager, your energy, knowledge, innovation, and leadership will play a key role in delivering high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Stability team through effective selection, coaching, performance management, and retention activities.
  • Foster a high performing, inclusive culture that supports personal growth and development.
  • Manage the Stability budget and ensure financial compliance across the team, building financial awareness and accountability among team members.
  • Oversee stability activities, ensuring robust capacity plans are in place for resourcing and chamber management.
  • Lead stability related investigations, ensuring all regulatory requirements, notifications, and timelines are met.
  • Drive compliance with company policies, procedures, guidelines, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all Stability activities are conducted safely, accurately, and in line with current internal and external standards.
  • Support effective stakeholder communication to ensure quality objectives are achieved, using operational excellence tools such as daily management and leader standard work.
  • Monitor metrics and schedule delivery within the Stability Program Management team to support site Hoshin objectives.
  • Provide resources and development opportunities to support the technical and professional growth of the team, while developing and maintaining effective training programs.
  • Ensure strong customer focus, working closely with internal stakeholders and external laboratories to ensure testing requirements are met and timelines are achieved.
  • Play a key role in the Lab Transformation programme, helping to optimise, standardise, and digitise business processes within the Stability team.
  • Champion continuous improvement, driving lean initiatives such as standardised work, digitisation, and knowledge management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • People management experience.
  • Stability program experience.
  • Required skills: People Leadership, Team Supervision.
  • Preferred skills: Quality Management Systems (QMS).
