- Experience recruiting within the software industry.
- Experience building strategic partnerships within the business and across functions.
- Success scaling hiring in a high-growth software, data, or AI company.
- Experience as a mentor and subject matter expert on recruiting-related activities.
- Significant recruiting experience, ideally in-house.
- Experience focused on SaaS software, ideally in the Data and AI space.
