Description

• Develop full-cycle hiring strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines with active and passive candidates.
• Use market data to shape closing approaches and manage partner expectations.
• Leverage recruiting data to support workforce planning and forecasting.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to build hiring plans and inspired teams.
• Improve the interview experience through periodic review of candidate experience data.
• Help drive diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
• Serve as a recruiting expert and mentor within the business and wider team.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting within the software industry.
• Experience building strategic partnerships within the business and across functions.
• Success scaling hiring in a high-growth software, data, or AI company.
• Experience as a mentor and subject matter expert on recruiting-related activities.
• Significant recruiting experience, ideally in-house.
• Experience focused on SaaS software, ideally in the Data and AI space.
