Sr Program Manager - FTC, 3P Transportation

This is a Fixed Term Contract position at Amazon, focused on transportation management.

As a Transportation & 3P Operations Manager, you will drive performance, innovation, and reliability of our transportation teams, working cross-functionally across Amazon. Your responsibilities include managing a complex transportation network, improving demand planning, capacity management, volume allocation, and on-time performance across all delivery stages.

You will address operational challenges, plan for peak periods, and analyze network performance regularly. Your ability to interpret detailed metrics and implement solutions will influence both short-term and long-term business goals.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in stakeholder and program management
• Proven ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Previous experience in supply chain/logistics
