About the Role

At Virgin Media O2, we're seeking a forward-thinking Agile Chapter Lead to guide the early phases of Agile Transformation.

The Agile Lead will inspire change and foster innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As the SME of all things Agile, the Lead will work hands-on and in a leadership capacity-building a team, equipping them with skills and tools, and ensuring effective deployment.

This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Must-Haves
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) accreditation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with agile, scrum, or lean methodologies, and understanding of agile and lean principles.
  • Experience supporting large, complex organizations in early Agile Transformation stages.
  • People leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and talent development.
  • Strong relationship-building and management skills across various teams.

  • Business and technical acumen with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally.
  • Growth mindset, championing change, self-leadership, and experimentation.
