About the Team and Role:Are you a data-driven demand generation marketer with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement? We are seeking a Demand Generation driver for Central Europe who excels in audience segmentation, strategic planning, and driving scalable outcomes. In this role, you will design and manage the inbound customer journeys for SMB and ENTR prospects across your dedicated region, generating pipeline and ensuring impactful engagement at every funnel stage. Collaborating closely with global and regional teams-including Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Events, Partners, and Lifecycle-you'll execute demand generation campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, EMEA, you'll also work in partnership with your regional sales leaders, sales teams, and broader EMEA marketing counterparts.
How You Will Make a Difference:- Ideate, design, and execute the inbound marketing customer journey across all channels within the EMEA Central Region, with a primary focus on DACH.
- Lead campaign strategy and planning, including high-reach channels and performance-focused digital channels.
- Optimize audience-specific messaging and positioning with Product Marketing teams to create engagement at each stage of the funnel for net new leads.
- Partner with content and creative teams to optimize existing content and develop new content to keep leads engaged, enhancing the end-to-end customer journey.
- Coordinate with various teams across the organization to ensure campaign objectives are aligned with regional goals.
- Define and establish measurement plans with Marketing Ops to understand success drivers and growth levers by country, audience, channel, and tactic.
- Gather and analyze campaign performance data, reporting key findings and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry landscape, tech capabilities, and competitive approaches to recommend content, creative assets, CTAs, and landing page experiences that scale customer acquisition.
- Develop success criteria to inform resource planning, campaign timing, and prioritization across stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of experience in channel, performance, lifecycle, demand generation, revenue, and integrated campaign marketing.
- Fluent in German is a must.
- 6+ years of experience working in B2B marketing roles.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end customer journeys and campaigns that generate leads through the funnel.
- Analytics experience with managing complex data sets, familiarity with tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, and Salesforce preferred.
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar media budgets.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and ability to report on OKRs and KPIs to leadership.
- Comfortable with self-service in limited resource environments, including copywriting, design ideation, and landing page creation.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and collaboration skills, with confidence in project management across teams.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, agile, high-growth environments, with a capacity to develop new processes and streamline workflows.
- Ability to advocate for and educate stakeholders on midmarket and enterprise buying centers, setting realistic expectations.
