Role Overview

We're seeking a quantitative, AI-forward Growth Marketing Manager to own the top-to-bottom funnel strategy and execution. This person will lead growth initiatives using modern AI tools, predictive modeling, and automation to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across both buyer/retailer and supplier/manufacturer segments.


You'll be our in-house expert on AI-driven marketing strategies-from using generative tools for campaign creation to applying machine learning models for segmentation and personalization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data science, and automation, and is energized by measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Demand Generation & Funnel Optimization: Design and implement multi-channel acquisition campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Segment, and AI copy/testing platforms (e.g. Jasper, Mutiny, Copy.ai).
  • Apply machine learning models and predictive analytics to optimize the customer journey, from lead scoring to lifecycle marketing.
  • Continuously test and refine growth experiments, using platforms like Google Optimize, VWO, or proprietary scripts.
  • Automated & Personalized Campaigns: Build automated, AI-personalized nurture campaigns that adapt to user behavior and intent signals.
  • Leverage GPT-based tools to generate high-performing ad copy, emails, and landing pages at scale.
  • Marketing Analytics & Optimization: Own and evolve our performance marketing stack-HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker/Power BI.
  • Use AI tools for anomaly detection and performance forecasting.
  • Analyze CAC, LTV, retention, and channel ROI to guide spend and funnel focus.
  • Content & SEO with AI Support: Collaborate with content teams to integrate AI-enhanced workflows for SEO and content generation (e.g., Surfer SEO, Frase, Clearscope).
  • Manage scalable blog production with AI-assisted writing and keyword clustering tools.


Growth Stack Management

  • Evaluate, test, and integrate AI and growth tools (e.g., Zapier, MadKudu, Clearbit, Apollo, 6sense) into our marketing workflows.
  • Manage integrations between marketing platforms and internal data systems for seamless reporting and attribution.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to build GTM strategies powered by behavioral insights.
  • Drive co-marketing and demand generation strategies with partners using scalable, tech-enabled playbooks.


Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years, post university, in a growth or demand gen marketing role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment with high technical marketing expectations.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: HubSpot, Ahrefs, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
  • AI/Automation Fluency: Experience with AI marketing tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Mutiny, Copy.ai, Zapier, Clearbit) and a track record of using them for campaign creation, personalization, or analytics.
  • Quantitative & Analytical Mindset: Deep comfort with funnel metrics, growth modeling, A/B testing frameworks, and experimentation.
  • Coding/Data Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Python, or no-code tools for custom analytics or automation is a strong plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to lead high-impact, scalable marketing initiatives with minimal oversight.
