Job Description
️ Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Sprinklr platform modules (Publishing, Listening, Engagement).
- Customize workflows and dashboards for social media campaigns.
- Integrate Sprinklr with external tools via APIs and connectors.
- Troubleshoot and support Sprinklr users across departments.
- Train and support non-technical stakeholders on best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sprinklr.
- Experience with social media tools (Meta, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and APIs.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and basic scripting (JavaScript/Python).
- Comfortable with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
