In its growth perspective, our Consulting department is looking for a Specialized Consultant for its Lausanne agency. Under the direct responsibility of the Manager and the Director, you will ensure support on Opale tools. Your main tasks will be: Provide support to our clients on our Opale products and on the monitoring of debtors. Configure our software to meet client needs. Investigate functional issues in our software behavior at client sites. Analyze requests for developments and new features created by the development team before release. Write and describe the functioning of Opale tools. Train our clients on Opale software. Keep track of developments in the field in Switzerland. Your qualifications: A university degree (or knowledge of the Swiss healthcare sector). Experience and knowledge in the Romandy economic fabric. Strong capacity for learning.
