We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Specialist Palliative Care Occupational Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities: The post holder will identify and assess individual patient needs and implement appropriate Occupational Therapy interventions based on clinical experience and evidence based practice, ensuring an efficient, effective, high quality service for adults with specialist palliative care needs.
Qualifications: Must have a Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the HCPC. Experience with multi disciplinary team working and an understanding of Palliative Care OT are essential. Awareness of a range of interventions and the ability to work collaboratively are required.
