Salary available if preferred - £33k to £36k plus tips

  • As adeputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when theyare away.
  • Someonewho will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, localingredients.
  • Acreative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
  • Bringthe best out of the kitchen team.
  • Takepride in every successful service.
  • Ahygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness areall essential for this role.
  • Operate with detail and help encourage, coach and develop the junior team.
