We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Lanesborough Grill team at The Lanesborough.

Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, located near Hyde Park and London's most exclusive shopping districts such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Sloane Street, and Knightsbridge. This grand luxury mansion has been renovated by interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel features 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the Library Bar, Garden Room, and the Lanesborough Club & Spa.

Candidate Profile

As Sous Chef, you support the Executive Chef and Head Chef. You should be creative, willing to experiment, and have a strong background in fine dining. You will promote teamwork across departments, lead and inspire colleagues, and uphold standards of excellence through training and practice.

Key Requirements

• Experience as a (Junior) Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant
• Proven ability to manage a kitchen section
• Food Hygiene Level 3 preferred but not essential
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to perform manual handling and occasional heavy lifting
