We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solution Consultant to join our team and drive the acquisition of mid-market and enterprise-level customers.
As a member of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within the UK market. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting high-value opportunities into long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact role with a focus on outbound strategies, leveraging your own network, attending events, building partnerships, and collaborating with our marketing, product and sales colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets.
A Bizimply Solution Consultant is a trusted product expert both internally and externally with responsibility for solving problems and building long-term relationships with Bizimply's key customers and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in building and closing current pipeline - a trusted advisor-expert in deals and pipeline management.
- Help manage complex problems in current customers, prove Bizimply's ROI/Value and prevent customer-loss.
- Problem-solve in complex/large customers and use-cases to add value for the customer.
- Mentor AEs & CSMs with product demos, customer issues and complex problem-solving.
- Provide critical product feedback for existing and potential new features to the product team
- Work with product team to define roadmap needed to remain competitive and solve customer problems/meet customer expectations
- Help establish business partners and technological partners as part of partnership programmes
- Understand the competitor landscape in relation to Bizimply - how do we compare, how can we win in deals/prevent churn
- Strategise for Upselling to current customers and closing bigger deals for New Business.
- Be available to help with larger key accounts around implementation, accounts reviews and growth opportunities
- Build solid relationships and trust with key stakeholders in all relations
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and prospect new customers through your own network, outbound initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
Business Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent and targeted outreach activities.
Relationship Management: Develop strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions as the perfect fit.
Event Representation: Represent Bizimply at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to create tailored sales strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Sales Targets: Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas aligned with company objectives.
RFP Management: take the lead in coordinating, preparing and presenting RFPs/RFIs with prospects.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasts, and results in HubSpot, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
