About the job

As Regional Master Data Management Expert you shape our data usage and ensure the adherence to global standard and polices. With our goal to simplify and automate you will drive standardization and consistent data usage across the region(s). You demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders in adhering to global data standards while ensuring alignment with local regulation and labor law requirements.

Main responsibilities:

  • Consume any new global policy update or implementation by reviewing changes and translating new data standards into standardized formats that ensure consistency and create a common understanding across the regions.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing system audit reports and recommending process improvements. Demonstrate a strong regional knowledge which oversees HRS system usage including but not limited to understanding of local downstream impacts.
  • Advise: Recommend and coordinate legally required regional changes.
  • Testing: Coordinate and execute regional testing for Workday releases and system changes, ensuring local alignment with new updates/functionality.
  • Compliance: Ensure data entry, usage and decommissioning within respective Region is aligned with global and local best practices.
  • Analytics and Insights: Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns, supporting strategic business decisions. Be up to date on company strategy decision to be up to date.
  • Collaboration: Work globally with various HR and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Adhere to industry standards and best practices.

About you
  • Background in HR data management or analytics with hands-on experience in data integrity and governance, ideally 2-5 years.
  • Proven experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures from a data management perspective, plus experience managing external workforce data in Workday environment
  • Strong understanding of data standards and the impact of the standards
  • Experience with the employee lifecycle and HR administration processes
  • Excellent influencing and communication the ability to work effectively across cultures; meticulous attention to detail and strong ability to changing priorities
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, data analytics, data science, or a related field
  • Workday knowledge is a significant advantage; strong data analysis capabilities and understanding of data preparation for AI initiatives
  • English language knowledge on a fluent level
