Solicitor - Clinical Negligence - Newport - 3+ Years PQE

Location: Newport (with hybrid working flexibility)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £40,000 to £65,000

A respected and forward thinking law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 3+ years' post qualification experience to join its established team in Newport. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable litigator to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and high performing environment.

The Role
  • Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters
  • Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to departmental growth
  • Participating in business development and networking initiatives
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
Candidate Requirements
  • 3+ years PQE in clinical negligence or related litigation
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
  • High attention to detail and professional standards
  • Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
  • Understanding of health and safety responsibilities in the workplace
