Recruitment/HR Advisor London

A law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit an internal Recruitment Advisor.

This role is initially a 12 month FTC. The start date is July/August 2026.

This is a dual role - you will cover both recruitment (75%) and general HR (25%) duties. This is a standalone recruitment role as part of a small HR team.

On the recruitment side your role will primarily be inbound.

Duties will include: screening and interviewing candidates, advertising jobs, interview coordination, liaising with hiring partners and stakeholders, offer management, employment screening.

A heavy proportion of your day to day role will involve speaking with prospective candidates via MS Teams - interviewing experience is required.

The salary range is £35,000-£50,000.

This is a hybrid role based in central London - office attendance is required x2 per week.

You will manage vacancies across the entire business, recruiting both Lawyers and business support staff.

Experience required (essential)

• Prior recruitment experience, either in-house or at an agency
• Previous experience interviewing candidates
• Some HR experience (any capacity)
• Professional service experience - desirable
