As a Social Care Deputy Manager you will oversee and support the successful operations of one of our client's residential homes.

Reporting to the Unit Manager and managing in their absence, you will be responsible for ensuring that the safety and comfort of the home. Updates and risk reports will be updated to the Unit Manager on a regular basis.

• Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or a management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting
• Full drivers licence and access to own transport
• 3 years experience of working at social care grade with children/young persons
• Experience leading teams within the health or social care setting
