About the Company:

A National Housing Developer is seeking a Freelance Assistant Site Manager for a project in Coventry. Immediate start with ongoing work.

Job Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site
• Ensure project deadlines and budget are met
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and labourers
• Implement health and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate project documentation

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid certification
• Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proficient in project management software

Working Conditions:

This role requires working on-site in various weather conditions.
