We are looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients in Dublin 12. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects. If you feel you have the relevant experience, please send you CV across today.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from pre-construction through to handover and final account.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and delivery schedules.
• Define project objectives, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to monitor project costs and cash flow.
• Review contract documents and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Identify and manage variations, claims, and change control procedures.
• Monitor procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Support financial reporting and forecasting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years' experience in construction project management.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel to project sites.

• Health and safety management
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or related discipline.
