Job Description

Role: Freelance Site Manager

Location: Redditch

Job: Office Fit-Out

Responsibilties:

Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors, and students
Maintain rigorious quality control measures throughout the project
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications

Start Date: 23rd March

Duration: 10 weeks

Certificates Required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

Rate: £240 a day
