Job Description
Role: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Redditch
Job: Office Fit-Out
Responsibilties:
- Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors, and students
- Maintain rigorious quality control measures throughout the project
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
Start Date: 23rd March
Duration: 10 weeks
Certificates Required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
Rate: £240 a day
