Site Manager - Warehouse Fit-Out Hastings
12 Weeks Weekly Pay Start 21st July

We're recruiting a proactive Site Manager for a 12-week warehouse fit-out in Hastings, East Sussex, starting around 21st July. This is a sub-contract role ideal for a commercially aware manager who can keep the job running on time and to spec.

️ The Project:
Includes structural steelwork, construction of a mezzanine floor, new office installations, and associated internal works.
You'll be the main point of contact on site-driving the programme, maintaining momentum with subcontractors, and keeping all stakeholders updated via email and regular progress reviews.

Other key Site Manager Details:

• Hours: Around 7:30AM-4:30PM (flexible)
• Reporting: Regular email updates and programme tracking essential

Site Manager Must-Haves:

• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Similar Site Manager experience
• First Aid at Work
• Strong fit-out & structural experience
• Excellent communicator with a proactive mindset
• Able to manage subbies, track progress, and escalate issues when needed
