Site Manager

My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on a series of small new build residential developments in Kent.

Project Details:

1. Various stages of construction, including properties at different phases such as residents' aftercare, final finish, 1st fix, and initial groundwork.
2. All sites are located within the same town in Kent.
3. The largest project involves 5 flats.

Responsibilities:

The successful Site Manager will oversee all sites, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Contract Details:

This position is freelance, offering approximately £280 per day, paid via LTD or CIS.
