Senior Electrical Project Engineer

Skilled Careers is working with a leading M&E Contractor with a turnover of £200m and a strong national presence, seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join their London business unit to help deliver a large-scale testing facility project in Reading. This project is expected to last until late 2025.

Senior Electrical Project Engineer Role:

1. Attend project meetings and produce reports.
2. Build relationships with clients and contractors as part of the team.
3. Attend meetings with designers, specialist contractors, and internal teams.
4. Review designs to ensure compliance with specifications.
5. Review, assess, and select mechanical sub-contractors.
6. Have knowledge of market rates and provide commercial input to the procurement team.
7. Conduct on-site reviews and manage building services installations to ensure contract compliance.
8. Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to throughout the project.
