We are working with a leading contractor who is looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to oversee a large-scale new build housing project in West London. This is a 3-month contract with a strong potential for extension.

• Overseeing subcontractors and site teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Liaising with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to maintain progress.
• Handling site logistics, budgets, and schedules to meet key deadlines.
• Troubleshooting and implementing solutions to any on-site challenges.
• Must have experience in new build housing as a No.1 Site Manager.
