Job Description

A leading investment management firm is seeking an experienced leader to head its retirement client services function within a fast growing direct platform. This is a key role focused on scaling operations, enhancing service quality, and leading high performing teams in a complex pensions environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a client services team, driving a high performance culture.
  • Oversee service delivery against KPIs/SLAs, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex pension (SIPP) queries.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and product teams.
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve client outcomes.
  • Manage resource planning to meet growing demand.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong leadership experience within financial services client operations.
  • Solid understanding of pensions/SIPP and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of improving performance and leading through change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
