SimCorp Dimension Support Consultant

Location: Dublin (Onsite 4-5 days per week)
Contract: Long-term Assignment (Multi-Year Engagement)
Start Date: 2027

An established financial services organisation is seeking an experienced SimCorp Dimension Support Consultant to join a long-term strategic programme supporting critical investment management platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant with strong application support experience within investment management environments, particularly those with exposure to SimCorp Dimension or comparable front-to-back investment management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and application support for SimCorp Dimension or equivalent investment management platforms
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues across business and technology teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth platform operation and service delivery
• Support incident, problem and change management activities
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades and optimisation initiatives
• Work closely with operations, technology and business users to maintain service quality
• Document support processes, issue resolution and operational procedures

Required Experience

• Previous experience supporting SimCorp Dimension is highly desirable
• Candidates with support experience on similar investment management platforms will also be considered
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Structured and methodical approach to support delivery
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
