An established financial services organisation is seeking an experienced SimCorp Dimension Support Consultant to join a long-term strategic programme supporting critical investment management platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant with strong application support experience within investment management environments, particularly those with exposure to SimCorp Dimension or comparable front-to-back investment management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional and application support for SimCorp Dimension or equivalent investment management platforms
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues across business and technology teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth platform operation and service delivery
- Support incident, problem and change management activities
- Assist with system enhancements, upgrades and optimisation initiatives
- Work closely with operations, technology and business users to maintain service quality
- Document support processes, issue resolution and operational procedures
- Previous experience supporting SimCorp Dimension is highly desirable
- Candidates with support experience on similar investment management platforms will also be considered
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
