Shop Assistant

Shop Assistant - Knutsford, Cheshire - £13.45 per hour - Casual - No fixed hours (as and when required).

Responsibilities

• Assisting the shop manager to run a lucrative, customer focused shop that is the "window of the British Red Cross" on the high street.
• Helping to create a brilliant shopping environment and provide an excellent customer experience in store.
• Operating the till and creating striking displays as the first point of contact for customers.
• Sorting stock and preparing items for display behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a retail environment and confidence handling money.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• A commercial savvy mindset with a grasp of hitting targets.
• Adept at anticipating and delighting customers with the service provided.
