SHO Emergency Medicine Enhanced rates available

Direct Medics is seeking a SHO in Emergency Medicine to pick up ad hoc shifts to help the team at Daisy Hill Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic emergency department focused on providing high-quality care.

Job Title: SHO in Emergency Medicine

Dates: Ongoing shifts available on an ad hoc basis

Rota: Flexible shifts based on departmental needs

Location: Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry

Large number of shifts available, rates from £43.78 to £69.21 per hour.

We use two methods of payment: PAYE or approved umbrella company.

Onsite accommodation available.

Key requirements for this position include:

• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
• Significant UK experience in Emergency Medicine (minimum 1 year at SHO grade level)
• Ability to lead a team and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills with both patients and colleagues
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Right to work in the UK
