Service Delivery Manager - Global Managed Services International Microsoft Partner

We're working with a top-tier International Microsoft Partner-renowned for delivering cutting-edge enterprise solutions across global markets-to find a Service Delivery Manager who can drive performance, customer satisfaction, and innovation within their Managed Services division.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead a multidisciplinary DevOps team delivering managed services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Own the customer relationship-ensuring satisfaction, service quality, and continuous improvement.
- Manage incident escalations, service KPIs, and financial contracts (SLAs).
- Facilitate agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
- Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and drive value for enterprise clients.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in service delivery or customer success within enterprise IT or SaaS.
- Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (5+ years).
- Experience managing hybrid transitions from project delivery to managed services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Based in the Netherlands and eligible to work without sponsorship.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in customer service or success management.
- A degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and agile delivery.
