Service Delivery Manager - Global Managed Services International Microsoft Partner

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead a multidisciplinary DevOps team delivering managed services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Own the customer relationship-ensuring satisfaction, service quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage incident escalations, service KPIs, and financial contracts (SLAs).
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
  • Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and drive value for enterprise clients.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in service delivery or customer success within enterprise IT or SaaS.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (5+ years).
  • Experience managing hybrid transitions from project delivery to managed services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Based in the Netherlands and eligible to work without sponsorship.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in customer service or success management.
  • A degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and agile delivery.
