Senior User Researcher, AI.Policy

High profile central government client is looking for an experienced Senior User researcher ideally with an understanding of AI or previously undertaken UR work for government Client ideally (but not essential)for a AI focussed project

For this role Government experience is a must, this can be central or wider government. We do not require a technical user researcher the team is searching for an individual who is good at designing questions, presenting evidence, being a voice of authority, relaying the right information back and building on the evidence base that the team has currently, as opposed to a technical AI individual. You will need to be a confident communicator with strong people skills, and a trusted individual who is confident with stakeholder management. As a UR you should be confident translating technical information to non-technical colleagues and audiences. This worker will be designing and running workshops, you must confidently synthesise information and be the trusted voice in the room. The designing of the workshops must be done so in a way to ensure these are efficient and effective for attendees, tailoring to the specific audience. A nuanced approve to match the target audience will be needed. An understanding of AI is desirable, but not essential. Experience of AI.Policy, journey maps, personas. Work is mainly remote but any office work can be undertaken from London, Manchester or Bristol
