Senior Surveyor - Retail & Leisure Lease Advisory

Montagu Evans is seeking an MRICS qualified surveyor with 1-3 years of experience to join their Retail & Leisure team. The successful candidate will work on national retail and leisure markets, managing client relationships while negotiating lease agreements and conducting site inspections.

This role offers substantial responsibilities, including preparing reports, conducting property assessments, and acting as an Expert Witness. Travel throughout the UK is expected as part of the role.
