We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, strong administrative skills and real service mindset when it comes to supporting our internal & external stakeholders.

As a Senior Supply Chain Project Planner you will:

Project Coordination & Support

  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional team meetings including Regulatory, Packaging, Product Development, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to review project status, updates, and next steps.
  • Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day project communications ensuring information flows smoothly and teams are aligned.
  • Maintain up-to-date project timelines and trackers, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are clearly documented.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or issues to project and escalate to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Communicate risks clearly to relevant stakeholders and assist in developing practical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve coordination efficiency.
  • Maintain SOPs in shared folders and communicate changes to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Activation team to ensure efficiency in overall project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by building strong working relationships across departments.

Product Data & Process Management

  • Project Manage Upstream stages in our Product Data Management (PDM) system.
  • Identify and coordinate resolution of any technical blocks in reaching PO on time.
  • Optimise business processes surrounding PDM system to ensure data completeness.

Administrative and General Project Support

  • This role requires strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive accountability across teams. It offers exposure to high-level project operations and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and product-focused environment.
