Senior Success Guide - French Speaker

About the Role

As a Data Cloud + Agentforce Senior Success Guide at Salesforce, you will drive successful outcomes for our strategic customers by leveraging your expertise in data and analytics. You will bridge the capabilities of Data Cloud and Agentforce, enabling real time, intelligent decision making and hyper personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted subject matter expert for Data Cloud and Agentforce across the Success Guide organization.
• Engage Premier and Signature customers both reactively and proactively to enable, advise, and optimize current usage of Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Run engagements aligned with product capabilities, tailoring conversations to the unique needs and opportunities of each customer.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external business stakeholders.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Success Managers, Account Executives, and Support to help customers achieve their business goals and drive measurable product adoption.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• 4-6 years of experience in a customer facing role in the technology industry, preferably with strong Data 360 and AI expertise.
• Experience discussing the competitive advantage Data Cloud offers to AI functionality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross functional, global teams.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI.
• Deep technical understanding of Salesforce's suite of products and a clear technical leadership presence.
• Proactive, self starting attitude with the capability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely.
• Bachelor's degree.
