Senior HR Business Partner - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced HR professional with experience of working in a regulated environment and ready for your next challenge at FCE Bank plc?

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join FCE Bank plc, part of Ford Motor Company, on a full time, 18 month fixed term contract providing maternity leave cover. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of key business objectives, partnering across the organisation to align our people strategy with our organisational goals while supporting a strong culture of compliance, controls and positive employee experience.

Role Overview

Based at our Dunton campus in Essex, you will serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing comprehensive HR guidance and coaching leaders and employees across key areas including employee relations, performance management, organisational change, workforce planning, compliance and controls. As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a champion of our company culture and values, partnering strategically across the business at varying levels to foster an engaged and high performing workforce.
