Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Collaborate with the Global Supplier Operations team to harmonise data sets, tools, and processes across the supply chain
- Assist in onboarding and training internal staff on procurement procedures and best practices
- Ensure supplier relationships adhere to company policies and quality standards
- Work closely with production teams to align material procurement with operational needs
- Represent Supplier operations within audits (customer or regulatory) globally
- Maintain detailed documentation on purchasing workflows, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Assist in streamlining ordering processes to reduce costs and prevent delays
- Support training on ERP systems or procurement tools used within the company
- Conduct process audits to ensure alignment with procurement strategies and industry regulations
- Provide feedback on purchasing procedures to enhance overall efficiency
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Business/STEM or equivalent
- APICS certification including CPIM, CFPIM, or the CSCP is preferred
- Developed understanding of supply chain - 3+ years experience
- Understanding of ERP/MRP (Microsoft AX2012, InforLN) and supporting systems (Agile, DMS) for Supply Chain & Planning functions
- Essential - SQL / Tableau / Power BI understanding
- Good communication skills for supplier interactions and internal coordination
- Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and attention to detail
