We are a team of 120 people, primarily Engineers, Traders, and Quants, focused on HFT with 1% of global crypto trading volume. Our founders are self-taught and do not come from big HFT firms. We have no VCs on our cap table, and our central hub is Bratislava, not London or Amsterdam.

• Salary + bonuses: €120k - €200k base, with performance bonuses twice a year, potentially higher for top candidates
• Monthly fixed salary: Competitive, based on experience and residency
