Senior Site Manager

About the role

Senior Site Manager with residential apartment experience , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing major construction project in the Perth, WA area. This full-time position will see you leading a team of site personnel and coordinating all onsite activities to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of complex construction initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all construction activities on site, including work scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks in a timely manner

• Maintain strict adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of site personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Provide expert technical guidance and advice to the project team, drawing on your extensive construction experience

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (8+ years) as a Senior Site Manager or in a similar construction supervisory role

• Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of complex residential construction projects

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team

• Strong leadership and people management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team

• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field is highly desirable
