Senior ServiceNow Architect (SC & NPPV3 Cleared)
Location: Hybrid - London (80% Remote/20% Onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £680/day (via PAYE through Umbrella)

Applicants must already hold active SC and NPPV3 clearance (NPPV3 must be through Metropolitan Police Service) and be sole UK nationals. This role requires additional vetting, so the onboarding process may take longer than usual. We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to join a major public sector programme with Capgemini. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, architectural expertise, and hands-on technical skills in complex ServiceNow integrations within secure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead ServiceNow integration solutions across large-scale enterprise environments.
• Engage with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor and lead technical teams, providing oversight and best practices.
• Align deliverables with business objectives and facilitate stakeholder sign-off.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and integration technologies: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON.
• Previous experience with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, HP, or Landesk.
• Experience with orchestration tools (eg, HP Operations Orchestrator, BMC Atrium Orchestrator).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Agile/Scrum development experience.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, AngularJS.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Jira, Confluence, RabbitMQ, Apache Camel.
• ServiceNow Developer certification is a plus.

Security Requirements:

• Active SC & NPPV3 clearance (NPPV3 must be with The Police or MPS)
• Sole UK nationality only - no dual nationals
