JOB PURPOSEThis position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands' business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok, and The White Company.

Our Media Team is made up of both paid and organic media specialists and we are looking for a new Senior SEO/GEO Specialist to join the team.
Joining this team means that you will become part of our growing UK & Ireland team, and our wider EMEA SEO team which spans a number of offices across Europe. Our EMEA SEO team, which consists of 40+ specialists, empowers clients to develop and grow their online businesses through organic search in all its shapes and forms. You will go beyond simply strategising and driving the implementation of SEO projects, you will function as a strategic advisor to our clients by understanding their needs and proposing hands on solutions.
This role requires an advanced level of SEO expertise, strategic planning skills, and a results oriented mindset. The ideal candidate can develop, execute, and implement effective SEO & GEO strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies from start to finish and ensure they align with client objectives and target audiences
- Guide and educate junior SEO consultants that assist you in carrying out the strategies and roadmaps you develop for your clients
- Next to strategic tasks, carry out extensive technical, content, and authority analysis, including advanced foundational tasks like keyword research, technical scans, and backlink audits.
- Independently take part in new business pitches and other one off client projects
- Track performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, emphasizing important metrics and suggestions for how to improve
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in organic search and adapt strategies accordingly
- Passionate about the future of SEO - with a hunger to get stuck into all things AI, LLM, GEO & Social Search
- Comfortable working on large scale UK and international clients
- Set up implementation plans and workflows
- Brief content teams
- At least 5 years of experience working in SEO
- Very strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive optimisation
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to build and deliver client facing presentations independently
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Extensive hands on experience with SEO, preferably at a digital marketing agency or large in house team;
- Are experienced with using SEO tooling like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Semrush etc.
- Have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
