Director of Performance Marketing
London, hybrid.
Up to £220,000 base plus equity.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead performance marketing for a high growth digital business entering its next phase of expansion. You will shape strategy, drive profitable customer acquisition and influence senior stakeholders in an environment where data, experimentation and customer value drive decision making.

The Role
- Set the long term performance marketing strategy that delivers profitable and sustainable new customer growth.
- Translate growth ambitions into clear channel strategies, investment frameworks and measurable outcomes.
- Build alignment between performance marketing and product teams to ensure clarity on unit economics and value drivers.
- Partner with marketing, creative, product and analytics teams to deliver integrated, insight led campaigns.
- Ensure creative, media, targeting and measurement operate as a cohesive system.
- Collaborate with analytics and lifetime value teams to strengthen attribution, valuation and tracking.
- Shape features, claims and conversion journeys in partnership with product teams to support acquisition goals.
- Lead a high performing team, define the right operating model and drive execution at pace.
- Manage agency partners to deliver high quality performance across channels.
- Embed a test and learn culture, prioritising high impact experiments and emerging opportunities.
- Build strong platform and supplier relationships to keep our approach modern, innovative and competitive.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience scaling customer acquisition through performance marketing in digital first environments.
- Deep expertise across major performance channels with a focus on value creation and incrementality.
- Experience managing large budgets, senior stakeholders and external partners.
- A commercially sharp mindset focused on sustainable growth and lifetime value.
- A data driven approach combined with creative judgement and an experimentation mindset.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across disciplines and maintain high standards.
- Commitment to building inclusive, supportive and high performing teams.

- Hybrid working pattern in London, typically two to three days in the office.
