A leading international law firm is looking for a Senior Recruiting Specialist to join its London team. The firm has offices across Europe and the Middle East and is known for its collaborative, high-performing culture.

In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment process for lateral associates, working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners. You'll also help develop consistent recruitment practices and support process improvements across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral associate hires.
• Develop and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and recruitment agencies.
• Proactively source candidates and explore new ways to attract talent.
• Stay up to date on market trends and share insights to guide hiring decisions.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes across the region.

About You

• Experience in legal or professional services recruitment.
• Confident managing multiple priorities and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Skilled in using applicant tracking systems and MS Office.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
