Senior Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance Origination Lead

Homes England, the Housing and Regeneration Agency, is recruiting an SREIF Origination Manager to deliver high impact funding facilities supporting housing delivery. You will join a 20 strong team and help ensure loan funding is deployed effectively through the National Housing Bank framework.

The role focuses on originating new lending opportunities, analysing complex funding structures and guiding proposals through approvals, with a 50/50 hybrid working model and the option to base near Leeds.
