Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major digital and technology transformation within a global life sciences organisation. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior R&D IT Delivery & Project Manager with strong expertise in IT delivery, governance, complex stakeholder management, and system implementation within regulated environments.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical understanding, structured project leadership, and the ability to drive execution across global teams, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders. You will operate under the strategic direction of the organisation's senior digital leadership and collaborate closely with R&D, Medical, Quality, Security, and Delivery functions.

Requirements

Must-Have

• ~15+ years of professional IT project/delivery experience
• Strong background in IT governance, delivery, and regulated environments (Pharma/Life Sciences ideal)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment skills
• Ability to work across global time zones (CET & US East Coast)
• Full fluency in English

Nice-to-Have

• Background in R&D or Medical IT domains
• Familiarity with IT security, QA, data privacy, and validation processes

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with potential to extend
Location: Remote
Time Zones: CET or US East Coast alignment
